Dedicated to breeding working German Shepherds

Welcome to our puppy purchase page!  I hope you will find the following information helpful in your decision- making process on finding the right dog for your situation.

We do not accept deposits for any litters until we have had a chance to get to know you and learn what you are looking for and expecting to find in a puppy/dog. This interview is informal but required to make sure we can help you before you send any money.

It is very important to us, and you as well, that the right puppy be placed with the right individual or family.  For this reason we will request as much information as possible about your expected use for the pup (schutzhund, agility, obedience, personal protection, SAR, police K9, family companion.....), your experience with dogs in general and German Shepherds in particular, your dog training background, your home facilities for a new puppy, etc, etc.  Please call to discuss your needs or call/e-mail to schedule a visit so we can get to know you and you can get to know us.

Once we feel we have a good understanding of your wants and wishes and we feel we can help you with one of our pups, we will ask for a 50% deposit to hold a puppy from a particular litter.  Once that litter arrives and we have a puppy that should meet your needs, we will ask for the remaining 50% at the time you picking up your pup or prior to us shipping the puppy to you.  If, after reviewing the litter we do not have the right pup for you, such as you want a female but all the pups are males, you can roll your deposit to the next litter, or it will be refunded.

The picking of the puppies depends on a few factors.  First we know the litter the best.  We are with them every day, all day and are constantly observing and testing the pups to learn their traits and temperament.  Second, depending on your proposed use for the puppy, certain traits and temperament are looked for and selected.  Third, it is first come first served in regards to reserving a puppy.  Lastly, we are not able to predict how many puppies will be in each litter.  Maybe twelve, maybe two.  For this reason we will take only a limited number of reservation deposits before the litter arrives.  Once here, we can resume deposits or contact those who sent deposits about a future litter.

Our puppy pricing is as follows:

All puppies-----------------------------------$1000

Because we look at both horizontal and vertical pedigrees on our breeding dogs, we need our puppy's new owners to help in providing us feedback on their new family member.  We would request they keep us updated on any and all health related problems, if any, and have your dogs hips x-rayed between 24-30 months of age.  Please see our "Purchase Agreement" page for a full explanation.

Please read our "Purchase Agreement" page.  This will cover rules, requirements, and our guarantee.  You will be required to sign this form before receiving your pup so read it carefully.  As always, any questions please contact us.

Once you have purchased a Da-Ju puppy, I am available to answer any and all questions regarding your puppy and assist you as needed with any issues that may arise.  I hold weekly free training sessions for Da-Ju puppies and their families to get every one off on the right foot.
